to place an order on hwaiting, you must:

we do our best to keep our product info and prices up to date and accurate - pinky promise! that said:

prices are shown in your currency (usually eur) and include vat (unless otherwise noted)

if there’s an error on the site (we’re human!), we reserve the right to correct it - even if you’ve placed an order

send the item(s) back within the next 14 days

keep items unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

return shipping costs would be at your expense (unless we made a mistake)

please use a tracked return service and keep the proof. if the return gets lost and wasn’t tracked, we sadly can’t offer a refund

once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method

we aim to process all refunds quickly (usually within 14 days of receiving your return)

if the item has been handled more than necessary (like used or damaged), we may deduct a bit from your refund (but we’ll always be fair and let you know in advance)

you’re covered! under eu law, all items come with a 2-year legal guarantee from the day you receive them

this covers things like faulty goods, but not damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs
